Bastard Jazz was founded by two friends and likeminded individuals, Aaron Schultz (DJ DRM) of Brooklyn, NY and Jay Marley of Orlando, Florida in 2001.
Always striving for change and looking towards the next horizon, Bastard Jazz has made it's mark as a highly sought after boutique record label whose vinyl records are mainstays in the crates of thousands of DJs worldwide.
Sometimes downtempo, sometimes both feet firmly on the dancefloor, but always fresh..that's pretty much what we do.
